Description Mr. Mueller, 58, was appointed to the board of directors in December 2007. He has been the President and Partner of Mueller Consulting Inc., a consulting firm specializing in the restaurant industry, since 2006. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Mueller served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Wendy?s International, Inc., the third largest restaurant hamburger chain in the quick service franchise industry. He began his career at Wendy?s in 1998 as the Senior Vice President, Special Projects. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Mueller was Senior Vice President of Operations?North America, for Burger King Corporation, where he began his career as a restaurant manager in 1973. Mr. Mueller attended State University of New York at Fredonia and is vice chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ohio Dominican University.
