E. Michael Murphy
Description E. Michael Murphy became our President and Chief Legal Officer in January 2009 and continues to serve as our Secretary. From January 2001 to January 2009, he served as our Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and previously served as Senior Vice President of CKE and Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Hardee?s Food Systems, Inc. from July 1998. He also served as our Chief Administrative Officer from August 2006 to January 2009.
