E. George Koffler
Description E. George Koffler, Director. He has been on the Board of Directors since 1994 when he was named President and CEO of Bank of Eastern Oregon and is completing his 30th year at the bank. On April 1, 2009, Koffler retired as CEO of Bank of Eastern Oregon and now heads the special assets department at the bank. Koffler serves on the loan and funds management committees of the board. Koffler is a past Oregon Bankers Association President and currently serves on several loan committees, including Morrow Development Corporation; the Oregon Economic and Community Development Commission; and Morrow Equity Fund. He is a member of both the Baker Morrow Partnership and the Willow Creek Valley Economic Development Committee, which are regional economic development organizations.
